Welcome to KIRI’s very first collection of luxury gemstone giftware. KIRI, like today’s consumers, appreciates the value of high quality craftsmanship and understands the importance of fair-trade business practices. Working closely with Tara Projects, a highly respected fair-trade organisation established over 30 years ago in Delhi, KIRI has created beautiful pieces utilising centuries old craftsmanship in contemporary, stylish designs.
Manufacturing with Tara, who is a registered member of the World Fair Trade Organisation and Fair Trade Forum India, we aim to incorporate social and environmental issues at the heart of our business model, embedding the 'triple bottom line' of people, planet and profits into the centre of KIRI's company policy. Choose from an exquisite selection of gemstones, meticulously handset by talented artisans, in expertly carved frames of Indian Rosewood. Our wood is sourced ethically from responsibly managed sources and the gems we use are by- products from the jewellery workshops of Jaipur. Each purchase comes complete in a beautiful gift box made from eco friendly, recycled materials. Our objective is to expand our range of products and we are currently creating a collection of luxury jewellery boxes, which we hope to launch in early Spring 2010.
